DARK AROMATIC CHOCOLATE FILLED WILD ORGANIC GUAVA
Guava is the most tasteful and aromatic of all tropical fruits. Harvested in the Cloud Forests of Ecuador, this wild organic fruit comes from trees that are found on the remnants of long forgotten farmlands. These trees have survived naturally and organically in the surrounding forest for at least 50 years and produce fruits free of any type of pesticide or chemical. We do not compromise when we deal with our chocolates…. only the best, 75% dark pure chocolate from our exclusive selection of producers is used for covering each individual bonbon.
WHITE CHOCOLATE FILLED WITH GOLDEN ANDEAN BERRY
Golden Andean Berries are only cultivated above 2500 meters above sea level, high in the Andean Mountains. The fruit has a slight-thick skin to protect the pulp which has a rich and sharp sweet tingling flavor and pairs wonderfully with a coating of silky white chocolate.
CHOCOLATE FILLED WITH WILD LEMON GRASS PRALINE
There are several types of Lemongrass in the world, it is originally from Asia, but it feels right at home. Know botanically as “Cymbopogon” it has a sweet citrus lemon flavor, used for a variety of teas and even for medical purposes by locals. We produce a lemongrass honey praline for the filling of this special chocolate 65% dark chocolate with a hint of coffee essence.
DARK CHOCOLATE WITH BROWN SUGAR CARAMEL, LEMON VERBENA WITH GALAPAGOS SEA SALT
Galapagos Sea Salt is coarse salt, made of large grained crystals, its special flavor comes from the waters brought to the island by the Humboldt Current from Chile to the Galapagos Islands. No additive or preservatives, dried by the heat of the sun and oceanic breezes… it is rare mainly because it is only produced on one of the islands, outside of the National Park, and weather conditions must be just right. The caramel is made from unrefined brown sugar with a touch of lemon verbena leaves, native to South America it is known as “Aloysia citrodora” and used for teas and essences. The coating for this ensemble of taste must be 80% dark chocolate.
CHOCOLATE FILLED WITH PASSION FRUIT
Passion fruit is the best-known tropical fruit in the World. It never disappoints with a rich aromatic musky taste and brilliant yellow color. This wonderful richness will be covered with milk chocolate which allows the flavors to blend perfectly.
DARK CHOCOLATE WITH MANGO
There are hundreds of varieties of Mangos in all shapes and sizes around the world (native to India). In Ecuador, the sun shines 12 hours a day throughout the years and this fruit ripens with an excess of sweetness and flavor, merged with dark chocolate it is like a flavor explosion in each mouthful.
DARK CHOCOLATE WITH COCONUT, VANILLA CAVIAR AND CHOCOLATE NIBS
You cannot get more tropical than this Coconut, Vanilla caviar (extracted from orchids) and Chocolate Nibs covered by the richest dark 80% chocolate we have available. We use a puree of a young coconuts to obtain the original flavor, seeds from fresh vanilla pods and dark chocolate nibs to add texture to every bite. The blend of these flavors truly reflect what Latin America represents. Color, music, rhythm, flavor, passion…you get what we mean.
DARK CHOCOLATE FILLED WITH ANDEAN BLUEBERRY JAM
Andean Blueberry known as “Mortiño” is extremely bitter and acidic but rich in flavor with a dark red color that can only be compared to a Bordeaux wine. Boiling for hours produces a thick jam and releases all the flavors from this very hard berry. After this long process the covering must be 75% dark chocolate.
WHITE CHOCOLATE WITH ECUADOR SPIRIT LIQUOR AND CLOUD FOREST LEMON
“Espiritu del Ecuador” or Ecuadorian Spirit is an Ecuadorian liquor made from tropical fruits. It was created in the 90s and since then it has become the symbol of flavor in our culture. Velvety white chocolate encapsulates the lush caramel flavored with this liquor and almond praline.
CHOCOLATE WITH HONEY, OATS AND TOASTED QUINOA
Quinoa (“quinua”), the cereal of the Incas, only cultivated in the high Andes is the representation of our indigenous roots. Toasted quinoa and oats mixed with a honey and white chocolate truffle fill this amazing original 40% Andean Chocolate.
